Introducing the replica of the 1920 V-Slot VS5

In January 2020, on the centenary of Alvey Reels, we agreed that regardless of how difficult it would be, and irrespective of the obstacles to making some of the old components, that we would rekindle the Alvey Stealth Development Department, and have a working prototype of the V-Slot by Christmas 2020. There were certainly some setbacks, but we couldn't be happier with the final result using the same beautiful North Queensland Silky Oak used in the originals.

The 1920 V-Slot replica is mounted in a felt covered base housed in a clear Perspex cover to finish this beautiful display piece. It also comes with a commemorative specially reproduced Alvey Catalogue from 1937, where the original V-Slot first appeared.

Only 3 Left!

Each V-Slot purchased is one entry in the draw to win this framed Alvey Centenary Shirt signed by Bruce and Glenn Alvey. The winner will be drawn after the last V-Slot has been sold.
