questions about creating yacht-related business

I'm interested in creating some yacht-related business. And have some questions.
I hope to find here some good answers and useful advices.
(I'm not a native English speaker. Excuse me if some phrases will sound incorrectly.)

Questions:
1. Can you give me names of books and websites that can be helpful for reaching the goal mentioned below?
2. Can you advise some way which I should follow and mention things that I should avoid considering my initial data mentioned below?

Goal:
to create some yacht-related business in one (or several) of the following fields
1. technical design of yachts
2. usability/interior design of yachts
3. selling of yachts and yachts parts/stuff directly to final consumers
4. servicing of sold yachts
5. online tools for all tasks listed above

Initial data:
1. education in software engineering and graphic design
2. income = irregular, varies from 2K$ up to 5K$ per month
3. place of living = Eastern Europe
4. I'm not interested in working in IT industry from a long term point of view
5. I'm not interested in creating some "back-end business" for producing stuff for yachts in some poor country, I'm interested in direct work with final buyers of products/services and general technical/usability design tasks

Why yachts?
1. I want to relocate completely and connect myself strictly with the business to some coast city
2. as a businessman, I want to work directly with a part of the market that can be named "rich people"
3. as an engineer with artistic taste I prefer to work in some field which is related to objects which are beautiful and complex at the same time

Whatever business you invent, it seems you spend little time on the interesting bit (yachts) and too much time on the stuff like marketing and finance, which you may not understand or even want to do.

Have worked in the Marine Industry, now work in a business that pays well, and allows proper income. There are very few people that have made a good income in the Marine Industry....

But good luck, but, you may be better advised, to use the Marine industry as a sideline, while having a proper business elsewhere......

Sorry, if that is too negative, but I do speak from experience.

+1, although just before quitting a job to take the 'modest pay cut' to join the marine industry, some wise old owl said, "would you rather be buying and sailing those boats, or be selling and repairing them for other people- you're unlikely to be doing both".

I didn't hand my notice in, but I did use the offer as an opportunity to push through a pay rise.
