Imray Live with Rod & Lu Heikell - Cooking in the Cabin © Imray Laurie Norie & Wilson Ltd

A great opportunity to hear from cruising gurus Rod and Lu Heikell as part of Imray's "Live with..." series. They'll be talking all things food in the current lockdown situation and how it compares to life afloat.

Their book, The Trade Wind Foodie, is an essential item for any bluewater cruisers' galley and is all about inventive and simplified cooking, utilising what is available and discovering new techniques and flavours.

Join the live event at 14:00 BST on Friday April 10th via Imray's Facebook Page .
