ARC routes fully subscribed for 2021

by World Cruising Club 1 Jan 2021 07:05 UTC

Due to the impact of COVID-19 restrictions in 2020, lots of skippers transferred their participation from the 2020 ARC/ARC+ rallies to the 2021 editions. As a result both ARC routes to sail in November 2021 are full and the entry lists are currently closed to new subscriptions. World Cruising Club (WCC) appreciate that this will be a disappointment for the many sailors aiming to cross the Atlantic with the ARC in 2021 and who are not able to join us.

Currently WCC are looking at ways to add additional routes to the ARC, which would allow more boats to be a part of the ARC family in 2021. Obviously this needs to be carefully planned to work with available dock spaces, predicted ocean crossing times, weather patterns and sufficient staff to run the routes safely and in a way that delivers the famous "ARC atmosphere" for all participants.

Interested cruisers are invited to record their interest in the ARC 2021 Wait List; once we have further news WCC will mail all interested sailors with options available. Any extra spaces will be on a "first come" basis and cannot be reserved in advance.

Record your interest in ARC 2021 Wait List updates here. You will also receive an information pack email with details of current fees, equipment requirements and benefits.

Entries for the 2022 rallies will open in September 2021. Record your interest for 2022 here.
