It's official: two of the region's most sophisticated superyacht destinations, which have invested a combined $120+million in superyacht marine infrastructure, have joined forces to offer an array of benefits for boat owners.

The Boat Works has become a Gold Sponsor of Sanctuary Cove Marina, consolidating the close relationship between the two riverfront facilities and with an array of benefits for both customer bases.

The Boat Works' will be extending to Sanctuary Cove berth holders access to special offers and incentives with the marine trades- from antifouling, inspections, servicing and shed/hardstand hire to evaluations and vessel management.

The synergies between the two riverfront facilities are numerous; both provide 5-star, resort facilities and Concierge-style services for boat owners, whether visiting from local or international waters, or permanent berth holders.

Following Sanctuary Cove Marina's $12 million redevelopment and the February opening of The Boat Works' $100 million superyacht yard, vessel owners will be provided a one-stop-shop for a first-class marine experience.

The supercharged superyacht facilities align with the Queensland Government's Superyacht strategy, aimed at building South East Queensland as the key superyacht hub in the Asia Pacific region.

Sanctuary Cove is the ideal long-term berthing option accommodating 300 vessels with a dedicated long-term superyacht berths option for vessels over 24m and up to 65 meter in length.

The Boat Works occupies 55-acres comprising world-class shipyard facilities and amenities servicing boats from 5 to 50-metres, the Gold Coast's largest lift at 300 Tonnes, plus the complete array of services and qualified marine trades & services along with onsite based Chandlery and boating supplies.

TBW, together with their catalogue of marine trade professionals and services onsite are set to extend numerous incentives and special offers direct to the Sanctuary Cove Marina berth holders.

Providing valet and concierge collection of the boats from the SC marina direct to TBW for their annual maintenance and routine logbook checks etc.

TBW trades specialise in all aspects of boat marine services providing quality outcomes at exceptional price points with the highest level of service.

For visiting Captains and Crew, the exceptional facilities at Sanctuary Cove cater to every aspect of R&R while their vessel is in the best hands for service, maintenance or refit at The Boat Works - delivering the full 'work-stay-play' ethos Australia's greatest boat yard is renowned for.

Just a 10-minute tender trip from The Boat Works, Sanctuary Cove provides an enticing oasis: golf, fitness club/gym, pool, salon, restaurants, bars, boutiques, pharmacy and grocery store.

"We see the partnership as a terrific 'value add' to our customers while their boats are here for yard time," says Shane Subichin, The Boat Works General Manager.

"We are excited to have The Boat Works partnering with us as a Gold Sponsor," says Steve Sammes, General Manager, Sanctuary Cove Marina.

"Our services combined with our relationship mean that vessel owners can enjoy a holistic experience in one convenient location.

"The relationship further reinforces the synergy of our customer service offerings afforded by both unique facilities."
