Introducing the Windelo 54 Adventure B Cube

by Windelo 9 Dec 2022 19:52 UTC

As announced in our previous newsletter, this Fall, we launched the Adventure version of the Windelo 54 that will sail under the name of B Cube.

Each of your sailing adventures is unique; this is why we offer our customers a wide range of options that allow them to customize their catamaran. These latest photos will help you discover the B Cube's layout.

Thanks to the 6-panel sliding glass door with an opening extending over 3 meters, the Windelo 54 Adventure crew will enjoy expansive views while sailing or at anchor. While mooring, all you need to do is slide the large aft door wide open to take the max of magnificent mooring spots while maintaining privacy in a section of the nacelle.

Regarding the layout, the owners of B Cube chose our new option, integrating two new openings in the bulkhead between the forward cockpit and the saloon. These openings give you a 360 degrees view of your surroundings from the galley and saloon and a full view of the aft transom platforms from the helm station.

In the nacelle, they opted for a U-shaped galley layout. With a wraparound feel, you can enjoy cooking comfortably, even during a series of tacks, when the sea is rough, or when waves are short. This U-shaped galley also reorganizes the layout of the starboard float, with a companionway further forward. The aft cabin has added length, which allows the inclusion of ample dressing space.

This 54 Adventure is an owner version - with three cabins. In the portside, you find the owner suite with:

  • an extensive aft cabin with a queen-size bed, lots of storage space, and a stunning view of the sea and the surroundings,
  • a spacious desk in the corner that can be closed off,
  • a dressing space beside the shower room,
  • an extra-large shower room in the forepeak (instead of the usual fourth cabin). It also includes a full-beam shower, a large washbasin, a toilet, and lots of different spaces for storage.

Windelo 54 Yachting - Owner interview of Eric et Pascal

Just back from four weeks of cruising in the Balearic Islands, on their Windelo 54 Yachting called Zig Zag, Eric, Pascal, and their families made a stopover near Canet-en-Roussillon, France. It was the ideal opportunity to plan an owner interview and talk about their sailing program, impressions, and why they chose Windelo for their first jointly owned catamaran.
