Join US Sailing's Offshore team of Jim Teeters, Chris Tutmark, and Sydney Hough as they travel to various locations to meet with sailors and race organizers for the Offshore Road Show! Stops on the Roadshow are an opportunity to have any questions related to offshore sailing and handicapping answered.

Each stop will include an informative Q&A session and continue with short presentations on any of the following topics: Services and Roles of the Offshore Office, Steps to obtain a Measurement Rule Handicap (ORC or ORR), Offshore Boat Measurement 101, Understanding the VPP (Velocity Prediction Programs), How to read a rating certificate, Scoring Methods, and much more!
